All staff were so friendly. Everything was so clean and fresh. We had a guest that didn’t arrive and they accommodated us really well. A lovely stay for a girly weekend away.

Everything! We love room 12 every year and ye always accommodate! Fabulous staff from the lovely Maggie in reception to all of the waiting/accommodation staff and Fiona who was so kind to our son Jack....looking forward to next year already

Nothing...enjoyed every minute of our time in The Cliff House

Location is fab, definitely worth paying that wee bit extra for ocean view room. Rooms are good size, breakfast selection was brilliant as was the service

Carpet in room and difficult to get a parking space.

I liked that I was upgraded to a bigger room with a seaview. All the staff were very friendly and very obliging

From the outside the hotel is very inviting. The restaurant food was outstanding. The taste and variety was delicious The view from our rooms was just beautiful. We even got to see the sun set the night we were there. We wanted to get ice cream and Fiona personally called Sundaes to make Al sure they were still open. The attention to detail and customer service was top notch the shower was great.

The double size bed could be upgraded to a queen size bed. It would make sleeping 2 people per bed more comfortable

EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND COSY. STAFF SO FRIENDLY AND THE FOOD WAS ACE

I WOULD HAVE LIKED A BATH IN THE ROOM BUT NOT A BIGGIE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

Beautiful hotel in the most quaint beach town. The room was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family that was traveling with two children. The bunkbeds were perfect for them and my husband and I had our own separate space with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The hotel has a great restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is complimentary to hotel guests. Walking distance to main street.

Nothing! Our time spent in Ballybunion exceeded our expectations:)

Location was perfect looking out onto the Atlantic. Great breakfast we had lunch also and the meal was 5 star. THE HOSTS WERE SUPER RESPONSIVE, COURTEOUS AND wifi was excellent.

Room was superb, clean excellent view from our Balcony of the beach, Breakfast was delicious as was Lunch on Saturday. Every member of staff were so helpful and friendly, Thank you so much .The O Hanlon Stage School Dublin.

I loved everything!! The location overlooking the beach and cliffs, the amazing walks there, the very friendly welcome from the management staff were all super. I come back every year, for the genuinely relaxing atmosphere, and each meal is amazing, The breakfast is a banquet, lunch or drinks are always fresh & tasty, & Dinners in the Restaurant, overlooking the cliff and a beautiful sunset, are always top class & memorable. As a coeliac, I really appreciate the coeliac friendly menu, and the staff are really tuned into other food allergies too.

There’s nothing not to love here. Looking forward to coming back in August for another stay. 👍
