What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The Cliff House hotel is very welcoming, comfortable and professionally run. The staff are all very well trained and attentive. Fiona and Kevin run a great team and are so attentive to every little detail. Thank you for the room switch to the sea view. I cherish that view and when I am back in the US I keep it in my memory until the next time I get back "home" to Ballybunion. Thanks a million. Gerard.

The staff. Front desk host Laura is amazing. Very helpful! She helped us out with a "big to do" when had an issue with our car hire. She is hilarious and just a great person to chat with.. Bar and restaurant staff are very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our dinner, and the cheese cake was the best! Thank you Chef!
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The only thing we would like to see is higher quality of bath amenities, but really everything was great.

Extremely professional staff, so accommodating and friendly, from receptionist to front of house serving staff and housekeeping. The hotel was in a beautiful location and we had a scenic view of the bay. Thank you to all for an amazing break feeling so welcome and catered for.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cliff House Hotel! The location is incredible, and the owners and staff could not have been warmer or more welcoming. The delicious breakfast included with our stay, live music, fun bar atmosphere, and travelers from around the world made it even more special. We loved being so close to the beautiful cliff walk, beach, sauna, yoga, and amazing swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. This is such a special place with a wonderful energy, and we cannot wait to come back!

Great hotel and location Restaurant and bar were lovely. Want to recognize Fiona and her efforts to find a local masseuse for my wife. Although unsuccessful, Fiona made multiple calls in an attempt to find someone. Great customer service!

Very Friendly and accommodating receptionist , waiting and bar staff very good for evening meal

Poor service in the morning for breakfast- no one came to the table to tell us Juices , cereals etc available.
