Friendly staff, always attentive and anxious to please. At my advanced age I would have welcomed a lift to take me to the second floor but that is only a small quibble. All in all a very enjoyable experience

We had a lovely time at the cliff house. Food lovely staff excellent so helpful and friendly. Location ideal.

We are very familiar with Ballybunion and Cliff House. Love being there. Weather also perfect this time. All staff very friendly and welcoming.

Loved meeting Maggie it was like going home !

The tapas menu just for the simple fact I love the long menu but we had our evening meal and still really enjoyed it so no complaints

Excellent location, exceptional service, incredible staff, great value, lovely views, easily the best hotel I have stayed at in 5 years. We arrived on what was probably the best beach day of the year so far and were welcomed immediately and taken care of completely from the second we arrived until we left. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels that were far worse in every metric than the Cliff House Hotel.

Geat service and Friendly staff . We had dinne and breakfast. Both were Excellent. We Requested breakfast box for early departure but they added early staffing to start breakfast 6:30 am ( normally sat 7:30 am) . Every staff were So nice and looked happy to work there. We had A wonderful water view from the room. Close to Ballybunion GC.
